“We run SERIOUS businesses…”
This was one of the first things that the interviewer proclaimed in this week’s Mini-Masterclass that illustrates what I call “The Biggest Lie We Were Ever Told Sold!”
…So of course I had to have a little fun with him BUT he is DEFINITELY not the only person who believes they run a SERIOUS business.
It comes up time and time again with my private coaching clients who are entrepreneurs and in the workshops and keynotes I deliver for corporations.
AND I know I have definitely given FAR too much significance to the work I do in the world; in a debilitating (ego) way, not an empowering (service) way!
When we do that, taking sh*t WAAAAAY too seriously in our work, we get into this entitled and self-indulgent place where everything is heavy, we resent all that is on our “forced to-do list” and go into full-blown Prisoner mode!
So let’s just get rid of that BS for good right now!
You are TOTALLY going to want to bookmark this audio and ESPECIALLY from about 1:00 – 2:10 because what I share THERE is the KEY TO FREEDOM FROM the stress, overwhelm and struggle of managing all the pieces of your SERIOUS business!
After this ~3 minute Mini-Masterclass, you will have the simple and powerful shift to finally make work FUN again!
Remember: “When you RELAX, you see the possibilities of where you can GAME-ify your business!”

My challenge to YOU aka “Go from INFORMATION to TRANSFORMATION”:
For the rest of the day, be on the lookout for when something on your to-do list, a deadline or an interaction seems SERIOUS and ask yourself what would be possible if you were 5% more RELAXED in that moment. What would happen if you gently shifted your lens to see that LIFE is in itself a GAME that you GET TO play?
Let us know your challenges and victories in PLAYING with this shift in the comments below!
Sending you lots of love, tons of fun, and the reminder that, in each and every moment, you have limitless access to your own BADASS Creativity and Self-Leadership!
Lots of love,
Jason “JG” Goldberg
