Live from the Stage: Nuclear Reactor vs. First Responder
Situations that challenge our ability to show up as a Self-Leader instead of a prisoner will inevitably occur (and occur often if we live long enough).
But that doesn’t mean we have to succumb or feed into our initial reaction.
From fender benders, to lost business, to accidentally grabbing a handful of poop with my bare hand when walking my dog (I wish these were hypothetical examples), the really simple and easy to practice distinction that I share in the < 2 minute video below, helps to shift me out of reactor and into a more creative state of mind when something attempts to hijack my power and shake up my world.
If this made you smile, made you think (or God forbid, did both), I would love if you would share it with someone in your world that may find it useful!
Lots of love,
Jason “JG” Goldberg
